Aromatique Luxury Candles delivers products ANYWHERE in AUSTRALIA.
Products are dispatched during business hours from Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm. Excluding Public Holidays.
If you are not home when your parcel is delivered you need to specify a safe location where the item can be left on the premises. You will see a question during the ‘Checkout’ process where this can be entered.
As each candle is made to order please allow 3 -5 days for your order to be dispatched.
We use a Courier service so that your order arrives as quickly and safely as possible.
Statewide deliveries are usually within 2 working days and interstate deliveries usually arrive within 4 days.
For remote areas we use Australia Post.

We do not exchange or refund any items purchased on clearance, or for a change of mind for items on sale.
We do not offer refunds on any item, only exchanges.
Delivery Options
Track your delivery
It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct address is entered into our system.
A confirmation email with a tracking number will be provided so you can track your item along the way. If an order has not arrived within the specified time frame then we can be contacted at enquiries@aromatiqueluxurycandles.com and we will commence investigations.
International Deliveries
Delivery charges are to Australia only. If you would like to place an order for international delivery please contact us
Local pick up – GOLD COAST
Pick up of products is available to online and local customers at no added cost. Place your order as normal, then we will contact you to let you know your order is ready to be collected.
